Sometimes, due to poor internet service or slow bank network, funding your wallet on 1app may not go through when you send it but you don’t have to worry. We have made things easier for you. Just follow these quick and easy steps :
- Go to the wallet page.
- In the ‘Pending Fund Wallet History‘, you’ll find the unsuccessful transaction, just click on the ‘Requery‘ button and your transaction will be completed.
- If it still isn’t completed, just click on the ‘Requery‘ button till your transaction is completed.
You don’t have to worry about getting continuously debited because the button only works and disappears when the transaction is successful.
